For nearly three decades, my career was rooted in healthcare. I spent 29 years working alongside patients and families, often during some of the most stressful and emotional moments of their lives. Through those years, I saw firsthand how quickly a medical event or loss could change everything.
What stood out to me time and time again wasn’t just the medical challenges; it was how many people had little to no financial protection in place. Even when care was excellent, families were often left overwhelmed by bills, paperwork, and difficult decisions at the worst possible time.
That experience is what ultimately prompted my transition into the insurance industry.
Moving into insurance wasn’t a career change; it was a continuation of the same mission. I wanted to help people prepare before a crisis, so protection is already in place when it’s needed most.
Just as in healthcare, education, trust, and clear communication matter. My goal is not to sell policies, but to help people understand their options and make informed decisions that align with their lives and their families.
I work as an independent insurance agent and partner with Symmetry Financial Group, an independent marketing organization that contracts with a large network of highly rated insurance carriers. Through this structure, I have access to over 80 insurance companies.
Being independent means I’m not limited to one carrier or one solution. Instead, I can help compare options across multiple companies to find coverage that fits each client’s unique situation, health history, goals, and budget.
No two people are the same and insurance shouldn’t be either.
Working with multiple carriers allows me to focus on fit, flexibility, and education, rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all solution. My role is to explain how different options work, answer questions honestly, and support you in choosing what makes sense for you.
